Great post Doc. I'm just not as eloquent as you! I know it will never be changed back but since Dave Hawley has not been involved at the club I have lost hope of having new kits sold with the original badge. I may be proved wrong, we'll see. Like your good self, I just wish at the time it was changed, it wasn't such a wholesale change. I'm sure the old badge could have been 'updated' with computer witchcraft, but hey ho it wasn't. And now we're stuck with it.

And then, if I still don't like it, "Vox Populi, Vox Dei", which I believe is Latin for "yow'll have to lump it".

A phrase that Alcuin warned Charlemagne about in the 8th century. When the 'riotousness of the crowd is always very close to madness', democracy is not a good idea.
