Well a disappointing end to a good season overall. Not entirely unexpected if Im honest. Home advantage makes a difference. Oh well. Soon be August, with a few to come and go.

Expected end to an average season.

I won't have anyone telling me we're good. We're par. The frustration is that we won't have an easier league next year. And we've lost our opportunity.

But for a few daft results, bit of indiscipline here and there we could have challenged for top spot. The killer was always going to be the away tie tonight. I agree with you regarding the playoffs, Josh in that they should be spaced out more and perhaps played consecutive Saturdays.

Anyhow, I'll reflect on the season tomorrow- too raw tonight. One thing I can say hand on heart though is that I've loved most of the games and have been entertained. Compare and contrast that with monotonous dull dross (and cheap, lazy and nasty) rubbish that the °Albion try to pass as football.

And who knows the strength of the league next season? We'll lose a few and get a few in and may well end up stronger. I'm not fearful of the sides coming down into our division so I'lm optimistic! Have a few jars and reflect on a more than very decent season.

Just got back,very disappointing evening
I was not confident going into tonights game my fear was telford were too big, strong, fast, more decisive, cleverer and so it proved
We gave the ball away far too easily and were very sloppy in defence and telford could of scored at least 2 before we went 1 up,to be fair donnely missed 2 1 on 1s aswell
The marking for their 2 goals was absymal no marking and we just seemed to ball watch and to go in 2 1 down right on half time was a killer for me
Cassidy ane tee had stinkers tonight
Telfors just seemed first to the ball and had more quality and composure than us
Cant fault our effort, and the 2nd goal we scored was quality but to then concede that 3rd the way we did and so soon was criminal
That league was ours to win this year and i feel we blew it and next season will be tougher
Reinforcements desperatley needed and some moved on
We have to get some big units in who are strong but also quick and good on the ball,i feel this is where we lose out 9 times out of 10 the no 5 for telford what a player an absolute beast and also the 18
The no 10 was quality aswell and deservedly was man of the match he got the ball and just ran at us while we have tee who stops and checks back losing us the momentum
Oh well onto next year

Im not so sure the league was ours to win tbh. I think that downplays Telford and Kettering, who were my favourites at the start of the season. And so its proved. We have a decent side, that lost its way a bit when Ponts left. I agree height and muscle wise we struggle. But I still think we're at the building foundations stage. We arent too far away.

Ponticelli came too late and left too early which played a part in defining our season.

Kettering were my favourites for the league so what so I know.

I'm not going to try and dissect tonights performance, it is what it is. The lads gave of their best but came up short. If only Platty's header in the 96th minute had not hit the bar, we might all have been singing a different tune now. We've finished in the play off positions, which is another step forward, and I'm sure if the gaffer can make a few quality signings and hopefully keep the likes of Wynter, Smile and Donnelly we will kick on again.
Bad luck tonight lads and thanks for an entertaining season.
