It's not over till the fat lady sings.

When Russ Penn won promotion with Kiddy to the National League.

They beat in playoffs all away.
Alfreton
Kings Lynn
Brackley

What's gone we can't change. What's ahead we can.

I must admit after our last few games I had a feeling we would falter at the end and maybe even get pipped for a play off position but the boys certainly found some form today and sounds like it could have even been a victory by a couple more.

Hopefully no injuries today and we can now go into Monday with a bit of pressure off and hopefully really go at them to hopefully get a home tie in the play offs.

Only slight concern is how much we rely on KD and Tee for our goals. Seems if they are kept quiet we struggle to score. Maybe Monday is the day for a few surprise scorers.
Sounds like will be a bumper crowd and a great atmosphere.
Congrats to players and Management for today and clinching that top 5 finish

Play with no pressure now and see how it goes. I would love to go up, but happy to have another crack at this level with our cracking set up if we don't win it / the play offs

Today in my mind we played like a team that wanted o win - a much higher tempo, and closing the opposition down quickly! Yes, still high balls into the box, but we mixed this up with zippy play on the ground

Conditions were not great again but I think we adapted well.

Well worth the journey

My view also. Last time in the playoffs it felt like we *had* to go up. This time the alternative isn’t so bad.

Also agree. Think we have done great to reach the play offs and if unsuccessful we certainly have a great base from which to start next seasons planning

I just hope that pressure doesnt show again tbh. I think we've had a decent season overall, despite some inconsistency. Is it fair to say we're at our historic level? Be nice to go up, but not at the expense of immediate relegation.
