Not a criticism of any player but we looked a bit out of our depth today. Telford were very organised and despite us having considerable possession we never looked like we would get back into the game. Whenever they won the ball back though and hit us on the counter they looked dangerous. Only some good last ditch defending saved us from a heavier defeat. On that performance I struggle to see how any team would come away from here with anything, maybe they 'upped' it and we were below par, I'm just not sure. Hopefully we can bounce straight back but we have difficult matches ahead. Heads up lads.

No complaints really. They were quicker and sharper going forward and, at times ,we played that useless England football tippy tapping around the middle of the park. Baffling free kick that led to their first, and when they had that goal disallowed and a free kick quickly taken whilst they were celebrating does anybody know why the ref called it back?

To be honest, Halesowen got to the final third via the wings but after that we looked predictable. Telford closed down quickly and snuffed out any threat with ease. Manning tried a couple of shots from outside the box going close a couple of times testing their keeper but no cigar. Donnelly, again, ran himself into the ground and never gave up on any potential opportunity! On to New Years day........
