The general laughter in the football world directed towards AVFC should now be tempered somewhat after the FA Cup results over this last weekend.
Liverplop, Spuds and Delia's Dumbos 
all succumbed to lower league opposition and have egg on their respective faces - although in Neil Warnock's case anything on his face is an improvement!
I feel a little better seeing how the so-called mighty have fallen. If only Brentford could have hung on it would have been the icing on the cake! So, seeing these MOTD "darlings" dip means that for me - yes, it can get funnier.

Ken, you just dont get it do you. The sheer joy we get is watching something, that in the EYE of the one eyed faithful, is impossible. That thier heroes are not in fact Kings of the midlands, England, the World, the Universe etc , but actually complete shite. Baggies (best team in Mids i have to say), Blues and Wolves fans have listened to this for years while waiting patiently for the inevitable demise. There is no jealousy in your ancient history (i can only remember one decent team for a couple of years about 30 years ago), we expect nothing and get little more.
