Good performance, some goal the winner! Say it again Yusef and Booth absolutely miles off it can’t see what either offer. New lads that played and look good additions,
fair play for Smith coming over to the fans at the end.
Despite a sour ending, I dont think anyone doubts he has the Club at heart and I don't beleive anyone wishes him ill.
But anyhow, well played boys.

Unable to make as at work so had to listen on radio.
Sounded like lads put in a good performance and unlucky not to score more.
Have to say though commentary on Halesowen Radio was excellent. Would recommend listening to anyone unable to make a game

Agree with previous posts, yousef and Booth are just not up to the standard of football required at this level !!! Imo…and every game they are involved in , you’re playing with ten men ….how much longer will the manager persist with them, especially as you have a young lad , with obvious talent, waiting on the bench, to show his class …. Which he did in his two brief spells on the pitch in the last two games….. taking off KD and leaving yousef on was an absolute joke… good result today, buoyed on by a fantastic away following… but it could, and should be a lot easier…. Play the best players, especially as when they come off the bench, they are head and shoulders above people starting games ahead of them… 2-1 win could have easily been 2-2 at the end….. motm wynter for me….good start to the season… still need more up front….

2 games in 3 days 6ps taken can't ask for anymore.
Played well at times today and should of been more convincing. A lot more tougher tests to come than what we have played so far but can only beat what is infront of you.

I think most has already been said. Certainly happier with that performance, should have won more comfortably. Must say our game management in the last 10 minutes gave us some very unnecessary scares. Need to find a player and keep hold of the ball instead of hoofing it back to the opposition. Minor gripe over. Six confidence boosting points in 3 days with gradually improving performances bodes well. Desperately need that striker though. Well done lads.

They were very poor today, I thought.
That said, decent performance and the table looks fairly rosy. In terms of a forward, the new bloke scored 14 for an Atherton Collieries that went down last year rock bottom. Having been full time the year before, I think it’s a reasonable assumption that there must be some talent there…

I don't think Russ shares the same views on Yussuf as most of the fans
"Penn was also pleased with the linkup between Adi Yussuf and Kieren Donnelly stating, "I’m especially happy with the linkup between Adi and Kieren, I thought they were outstanding first half and the fitter they get the better they'll get."

Young lad Holmes who come on was a million times better than both forwards, pressed was direct and looked dangerous. Hopefully Penn can see what all of us can see, doubt it though. Win is a win and we looked comfortable let’s hope our new forward gets some minutes next weekend
