Re: Mickleover Updates
another very disappointing defeat to yet another side who were no better than ourselves. Oh our lack of a regular goalscorer besides Miracle.

Re: Mickleover Updates
As Ken says. They were no better than us. We had a few good chances and in truth a draw would be a fair result. Their is a noticeable change in the teams mentality though. No heads dropped and they all gave it a go. I watched Hickman specifically today. Played several good balls through and crossing was good enough.
Given Hayward was out, the midfield coped well enough I thought, to the degree his absence wasnt hugely noticeable. Pleasing to see Penn has got them playing football and given how late the season is, any changes will come close season.
Cant fault any of them today though.

Is that when he went to the two benches I wonder?
Just to add to that, it seems to becoming a piss up for some of our lot. To the point theyd be ejected from professional games.

I may be naive but surely to be classed as homophobic abuse, it would need to be known that one of the officials was actually homosexual. Not as easy to prove as would be the case with racist abuse

Yes. Because the language is homophobic. You might no be gay, but the person 3ft away might be. Just no need for it in 2024.
