FA Cup
A few seasons back we had a visit from the FA Cup to the Grove and fans were allowed to have their photo taken with it for a donation to charity.
Does anyone remember why we had it there? Was it something to do with the best result in the previous round?
Also what year was it?

I remembered that there was a picture, and a quick Google found it. On Old Git's Twitter.

Re: FA Cup
Did it not also visit when someone (Matt Lewis???) scored several times, possibly against Telford?

Re: FA Cup
Matt Lewis was voted Player of the Round (1st Qualifying) for scoring 4 against Telford on 16th September 20xx. 2006? The Cup was also taken to Newfield Park School
