Doc I think I've found a flaw in your masterplan. Can you actually reach any of these grounds without travelling through one of our plague and pestilence ridden tier 3 cesspits? There is no way that any tier 2 border stasi are going to believe you've come from somewhere as posh as Harrogate....

You’re allowed to travel though the Tier 3 badlands as long as it’s not your destination.
I presume that you’re not allowed to wind the windows down though.
