FA Cup

So no fans at ANY 1st round game.
And also now that the “big boys” are in magically you no longer forfeit the game if you have COVID issues !!!
I said after Cambridge that for the first time in over 36 years I couldn’t give a toss this year at being knocked out >:(

And no prize money for losing sides. How can it make sense for Banbury (step 3) against Canvey Island (step 4) to not be allowed fans? Honestly, these clowns just seem to make it up as they’re going along. Perhaps put them in charge of test and trace?

How come? Do the rules change again in the 1st round for clubs drawn at home at level 3 and below?

Also we’d have been away AGAIN, which is bonkers, except we’re out and I literally couldn’t give two figs for any of it this year.

Well considering this got announced about two mins before the draw started then I’m not sure the “rules” even exist :D

Agree with the first comment - whilst it felt disappointing to lose at Cambridge, we missed out on an empty stadium game in Darlington (and it would have been Swindon after that). Certainly doesn’t feel like the real FA Cup this season.

It's just completely scandalous. The F'ing Arses are openly saying that football at non league level doesn't count. It's just an irrelevance that they could do without. I really do loathe football authorities. Clueless, the lot of them.

I am so, so glad we are out of both the the cup competitions. A 'big' tie would have just come as a disappointment rather than something to be excited about.

Exactly what I said on the coach back from Cambridge ... let’s save it for the post Covid world ..... if there ever will be a post Covid world that is :-\

There has to be. We can't carry on like this, living with ridiculous restrictions.
