I can't agree that the decisions were anything other than fair! Deliberate handball form us - no question of doubt.
We looked good in the first 45 and I think that Sheffield were somewhat surprised at how well we played.
An entirely different balance in the second half. They dominated and we resorted to the old "over the top hoof." Haseley was unlucky with a header after a great cross from Warren Brookes and we nearly levelled it in the dying minutes but, over the whole 90 minutes, were were second best and there needs to be a regrouping quickly.
We should never have been beaten from a 2 - 0 advantage at halftime!

Very poor decision by the referee for their penalty, our player had his hands by his side, ball thumped towards hem. What else is he meant to do?

Other than that John Hill will now have seen what our weaknesses are and hopefully will be able to put those right in the next few games.

A plus side of today was a fairly decent attendance considering Baggies and Stour at home, Sheffield must have brought 10 max?

I did also think that some of their players were very unprofessional walking off the pitch getting into a slanging match with fans, especially when there are kids around etc. Role models, they certainly were not!

2 0 at half time was slightly misleading. Didn't play badly but Sheffield were just generally a bit quicker, sharper and fitter.
They seemed to win the 50 / 50 challenges too easily in the 2nd half.
