Ali returns

Ahmed Ali has signed again for the Yeltz after a stint in Qatar. Will be an ideal replacement for Hewitt, now sidelined. Welcome back!!!!!

I was really impressed with Ali at the back end of the 2017/18 season.

He then signed a contract, and didn't start the 2018/19 season well, then moved to Bromsgrove. Where he allegedly played well for them.

If we get the pre-contract Ali, this is an outstanding signing. If we get the post contract Ali, he won't last long.

I have no doubt that playing under Paul Smith will bring the best out of him.

Always thought he’d be a great player in a decent team.

This time around we have the chance to see if that’s true. He made a good start on Saturday for sure.
