Re: Evesham FAT
Another Catlow error in the lead up to the goal.
Time to bring Bunn back in, I'm afraid.

End to end now. Gibson is a great outlet for us to relieve a bit of pressure.

He’s a big unit, and a good shot stopper, but not mobile enough for me.AwayDayYeltz wrote: ↑12 Oct 2019, 16:41Another Catlow error in the lead up to the goal.

Tough old game that. I thought when we went down to 10 theyd capitalise, which they did in part, but equally we had a couple of chances. Credit to Evesham, they play some good stuff too.

Re: Evesham FAT
That's the first time under the Paul Smith era I've left the game feeling disappointed in the performance. Did we play bad? No. But it was very flat. Is there a case for 'after the Lord's Mayor show' today, after last week's game?
Going down to ten men killed us. But saying that, we did look capable of scoring on the break, and created some good chances.
First half Evesham rarely troubled us, and we shaded a close first half, where we were limited to a few half chances and long range shots.
Second half they were the better side, and their goal was coming, and deserved.
McCone was the pick of the Yeltz men, again. Absolutely superb at the back.
We must improve greatly to best them in Tuesday evening.

Re: Evesham FAT
Agree with that apart from having to improve greatly to beat them Tuesday. On a bit of an off day for us they were still no better. It was a fair result. Play our normal level and we will beat them in the replay. Had it not been for going down to 10 men I think we would have held on today, it just seemed to lift Evesham a little.AwayDayYeltz wrote: ↑12 Oct 2019, 17:10That's the first time under the Paul Smith era I've left the game feeling disappointed in the performance.
