To everyone at Halesowen,

I have LOVED every single minute playing for your football club, from the first day with John Hill and Clarkey to the last with Asa and Hughesy, i lost my love with football many years ago, Halesowen have given me that love back, I have met some amazing people on the way, people I know class as lifelong friends, everyone connected with Halesowen and especially the fans have accepted me and welcomed me with open arms into your club, there are so many people I could thank I wouldn’t want to start and miss anyone out ! In Colin, Keith and Karen they have everything in good hands and I’m sure smudger and snapper will do an amazing job not only next season but for seasons to come and I genuinely wish them both all the luck in the world in getting Halesowen back where they belong ! I will try to get down to as many games as I can ! I will miss you all ! #UpTheYeltz

Will go down as a very well remembered player round these parts. His passion was unsurpassable. Loved every minute of watching him play. We will struggle to find a replacement I fear though.
