Mickleover Sports Updates

Post by yeltz85 » 18 Aug 2012, 12:27

Taken from Mickleover Forum,
New season and new hopes. With the lack of a proven regular central defence pairing I fear that this are could be a weakness for us again as it has been for a few years now. Last year's pair have moved on and injuries have delayed the bonding process between the new contenders. Colin Hoyle played well in the pre-season but surely we should not have to keep bringing him out of retirement. I think a DRAW would a good result for us to-day and i have high hopes for our new central midfield duo of Brad ( WELCOME! ) and Danny ( Welcome back ! )
What does everyone think today?

I think we'll be too strong for them and the way Ben's playing lately he'll demolish their self-admittedly weak defence.

Got to be 3 points today I would have thought :)

So via the traditional route of HH's phone and me stuck in some foreign hospital, here we go again.

The team is on my FB if someone can link it.

Cheers Brother Pollard.

It seems that both of our Spanish émigrés have fully adopted the local culture and taken a siesta.

Still 0-0 I'm guessing.

Here we go again. Down to ten men. Kelly sent off 53rd. Poor challenge although their man appeared to leave the floor also. I need sky plus.
