Another Sweeney chance saved. Desperately need a goal. Lowestoft beating Stour.

Id have to say I really enjoyed that. I thought we put a shift in and looked the better side. The best performance Ive seen under the new management. Good crowd too

A very important win. We would have been in even bigger trouble with Lowestoft getting the win down the road.

Vital and deserved win. There's still a lot of work to do, but we have renewed hope.

Yes, a merited win that gives us some hope. We're going to have to convert more chances though, but at least if we don't concede, then there's half a chance.AwayDayYeltz wrote: ↑02 Feb 2019, 17:13Vital and deserved win. There's still a lot of work to do, but we have renewed hope.

Re: Royston Updates
Definitely deserved it on the second half performance. Not sure what others saw in the 1st half, to me it looked very poor from both sides. We really picked up after Sweeney came on and created a good few chances. Some of the balls into the box were just begging for a goalscorer to be on the end of them. Eventually Morris became that person with a well placed header. Once again it didn't look like it was going to happen but credit the lads that they kept going and got their just rewards. Have to mention Platty again, couple of great saves gave us that clean sheet to build on. It's a start, let's hope for more. Well done lads.
