Forum software updated

I've been seeing the database error message intermittently again, but hopefully I've fixed it for good this time.

As ever, give me a shout if you see any problems with the Forum and I'll get me spanners out

Also, thanks again to Wheels for letting me know about the email notifications not arriving - again I hope it's fixed again!

Emails for notifications/PMs not working just yet (well except for me!).

I'm fixing it so they go through a more reliable email sender, but needs to be verified before it's all working - hopefully in the next day or so

I’m hoping email notifications are working now, but can’t test for sure (they always work for me as I own the email service)
