Then a former manager of Banks's League football team Harrisons FC of Great Wyrley,

before. Are there other people associated with HTFC that have links with Great Wyrley?

When we played Harrisons in 1985, Bill Williams is shown in their programme as Team Manager. I was reminded of this towards the end of the season in 2015 at Nantwich (?) when I pointed him out to others as he was enjoying a pre-match cuppa with our management and I gave them a brief summary of who he was and his past. I think he'd been at our matches for a while before then.

I wonder if the club thought our fans are thick, and wouldn't figure out what's going on...

Or whether their intentions with the set of accounts (wth regards Bill williams involvement) was their way of giving us a heads up of the dark forces involved, and that we have a convicted (TWICE) fraudster running our accounts, all over seen by an 'owner' who has previous of running clubs into liquidation.

I'm guessing it's the former.

This accountancy company does not seem to be genuine to me.
Google does not throw up a website and it operates via a post box number in Wolverhampton.
The accounts do not state if they are Certified or Chartered Accountants.
I have checked my own professional body of members and I cannot find this guy showing as a member - perhaps he may be a member of another?

You are quite right Venki that this guy would have been struck off if he had any decent qualifications to his name.
I can only assume that he is not qualified or another accountant fronts up this company.

I suspect this club is still so rotten to the core it's embarrassing. I am absolutely fed up with it. I guess many, many others who have not already given it up, will not be far behind.
