Sorry, I meant Warm Blow Lane. (Do your own jokes).

I think my brain must be knackered due to the smog here in New Denhi.

Nene Park.........Looked even better with 3,481 on it back in March 1996, with 500 or so of us in the open standing end (they subsequently covered the whole ground in seats). Rushden really did start to get nervous after that day but got the championship in the end. The rest's history as they say..........

Probably the greatest post we've ever had on here. Attempting to explain to some Indian surgeons why I'm laughing so much that the tears are running down my face.

;D ;D ;D ;D

And here’s that scoreboard in action at Nene Park (but not doing us any favours at 4-1 on the way to our 6-1 defeat) on Saturday 4th March 1995 in the FA Trophy 3rd Round game mentioned elsewhere by KenR.

Why? And what was Sir Danny doing in Halesowen? I don't think we've ever played Millwall. ???

More to the point, how do you know it was him?

The old Den at Cold Blow Lane. What a friendly place that was!

Yep, he talks about that in his second book (not about being in Halesowen and around your house though LLL!!!), read both of them and they are brilliant. And I never used to like the bloke. His third one is out in April I believe.

Well worth a listen if you can find it is a clip from a 606 show of his. A Dundee United Fan phones up with a story about a wooden bow tie. Danny is beside himself.

Not if they had a skip on their drive apparently.

Ok, so having been done by the first answer with my opening impossible question , how about another.

The family of which international footballer, who was a prominent figure in both league and non-league football in the West Midlands, stared in a 1980s washing powder commercial.

You can't Google that one.
(I bet you can though)...
