Re: Corby Updates
Cheers JB, great updating. Sounds like a decent game? Allbeit another poor 2 points to drop.

Re: Corby Updates
Unlucky or not - that is a very poor result.
That's now 9 games without a win. 2 games without a goal.
Next up Hednesford away, which is very tough. Where's the next three points coming from?
I'm extremely worried for us.

Re: Corby Updates
Sadly a game greatly affected by the injury, by no means an excuse, we just weren't decisive in front of goal, could have had 4, but not clinical.

With 2nd and 3rd in the table to follow that.RaidenYeltz wrote:Unlucky or not - that is a very poor result.

There isn't no excuse for not registering a single goal against two of the poorest sides in the league.wednesburystokie wrote:Sadly a game greatly affected by the injury, by no means an excuse, we just weren't decisive in front of goal, could have had 4, but not clinical.
The not clinical comment is worrying. If we're not clinical with Anderson in the side, what's it going to be like without him?
We're currently just 7 points outside the drop zone. I don't think that's a big enough cushion to see us through until the end of the season.
After the next two fixtures I expect that to be reduced further.
Then again, it's typical of football to throw up a win for Halesowen against Hednesford and then against Buxton, isn't it? I just can not see it.

*Eight points. The league table has just been updated, why isn't this done immediately!
Still not a big enough gap for my liking.
