Re: Nantwich FA Cup
15-20 min period after half time when we took the lead, aside, that was poor. Again.
In that period we had movement off the ball, played it into feet and pressed well off it.
What's frustrating is firstly Nantwich were very much beatable today. And secondly, as shown with the goal, we are more than capable of creating chances with good football.
Why did we start with a CB in midfield? Baffling.
Why aren't we playing to Anderson's full strengths? I.e ball to his feet and runners off him? Baffling.
We missed Chilly big time IMO.
Overall a poor game where neither side did enough to win. We could consider ourselves unlucky to conced with a heavily deflected shot.
We're not out and I've seen nothing from Nantwich to suggest we can't win. So let's hope lessons are learned and we go up there and perform and get the win.

Very much a game of two halves imho. Way better second half and overall not much between the two teams. Nantwich possibly shaded it on chances created. We were much better with two up front and Anderson took his chance brilliantly. Partially deaf from their drum mind
