No such thing as a pointless game. Tonight was an opportunity for fringe players or non regulars to show the gaffer what they've got, unfortunately that didn't happen

The opportunity was also there for the manager/coach to try a different style of play. It didn't appear to have been taken - totally disjointed and from a spectator's view an utter shambles.
