Re: Green and Tonks
Had time to digest it, still not happy but not as angry as I was but what's been done has been done.
Thanks for your efforts whilst with the Yeltz guys and if they are still at Stourbr*dge come the next Derby, that's certainly gonna spice things up for sure.
Time to move on and look forwards.

I feel sorry for the gaffer. The one area he would have felt needed no strengthening or even tinkering with was the defence. Its basically a complete rebuild now. Will be difficult to hit the ground running with a new team. Stour, strangely have never really featured on my 'dislike radar', now I really hope we do them good and proper.

Unfortunately for me my wife works for Andy Pountney (Stourbr*dge chairman). He says it is nothing do with money (but then he would), but it is because they have got better changing rooms and a better pitch

What a crock of s#@t! It was money plain and simple. And that is not gossip from anyone that is fact.Simons wrote:Unfortunately for me my wife works for Andy Pountney (S*******dge chairman). Nah, he left us in the lurch last season. Doesn't deserve his place back.spongeyeltz wrote:I wouldn't mind Joel Kettle back if we could get him

Re: Green and Tonks
So if it was the pitch and changing rooms that attracted them to the cricket pitch my guess is they're on less money then? Excuse my French... but what a load of bobbinsSimons wrote:Unfortunately for me my wife works for Andy Pountney (S*******dge chairman).
