Terrific team performance, really tough to choose Man of the Match as everyone played well. No award for the ref though, booking for Danny was a joke and where did all the injury time come from? Good to see 500+ there, a real buzz in the crowd.

The team and the season just gets better and better. Recent results and performances would suggest there is not a better team in the league. The defence and Sarge (only FCUM have conceded fewer) are simply magnificent, and we are looking likely to score from every break. A great watch.

Re: Buxton Home
If there is a team with more desire, work rate, effort and willingness to not get beat in this league then I haven't seen them yet. To have Daniels, Kettle, Mackenzie and Jones on the side lines ready to add to what we have on the pitch today is testament to the work John Hill and his coaching staff have done.
They are a bloody good side, and we made them look average, due to our fantastic team spirit and willingness to win. We could have won 5 today, hitting the woodwork twice and one definite penalty when Isedyn was assaulted in the penalty box.
Every single player truly played their part today. A fabulous result and performance. Hopefully we can take a few fans up to the Lake District next week to support the boys!

Fantastic effort from all the lads today, Ben10, the backline outstanding, tough to call MOTM, Forde tremendous work rate throughout.
Battling victory against a very hard working side, lets have loads of support for the Workington
game next week, come on ye YELTZZZZ.
PS.. great support as always Rob Lloyd, Big John Parker, Mighty Mick, John Cooper, Josh, the Broughton Gang
and all others who stand behind the dugout halfway line beautiful.

Re: Buxton Home
A fine performance yesterday- I think that was the most satisfying win of the season, as the performance from each player was spot on. Defence was well organised and solid against a forward line that clearly could play a bit. Midfield trio were outstanding, I thought Bragoli had his best game in a Yeltz shirt. And both the strikers grabbed a well-taken goal.
February is a really tricky month of fixtures, so I honestly believe we need to set our sights on "hanging on in there" for now. Workington away is going to be a very tricky fixture indeed- they are on great form and it's one hell of a trek. Are the players going up on the Friday, do we know?
Regardless of how this season turns out, we should be so pleased with everything the teams give us. Couldn't ask for any more than what we've seen this season.
