Ok, put a lot more bluntly, by good old me as usual ;D , are your academy players 'full time' (i.e. no other jobs outside of the football education they get alongside playing)?

If they are we're screwed tonight as we'll (part-timers) be shattered from Saturday's match compared to a full time 'squad'.........which could also explain playing Monday's to gain an advantage......... I'm not being nasty towards Ilson of course, just cynical ;)

Don't forget the small matter of lads being at work all day as well.

If you want a burger make sure you go to the food outlet named "Loubys" that is next to the terrace behind the goal. Really nice burgers.

The other food outlet down the side of the pitch isn't as good IMO.

I would think there is some truth in that. I'm not sure it was intentional as we have been playing Monday nights for the past 4 years and we've only had a full time Academy based team this season.

But I'm sure we are not going to turn down the advantage when it presents itself! ;)

Be good to see some away support down here. Not seen much so far this season.

Well done..we were lucky to get anything at all last night particularly after the respective second half performances.

Feel very aggrieved at the penalty. All be it I was at the opposite end. It was very very soft to say the least.

Definite 'home decision'.

You deserved to win last night. The penalty was soft (and if anything a free kick to you) and that was the worst I've seen us play by a mile this season. Also the worst home crowd for a league game I've seen in 20+ years supporting Ilson (due to the weather no doubt) so you definitely had a good night to play us!

Responding to some of the comments on the "Match Updates" thread - We don't usually knock it around pointlessly at the back as much as that. As you can see from our goals scored column this season we are usually a very exciting watch with lots of chances and goals in us. Not sure whether your tactics forced us into that or our lads just didn't fancy the conditions. Quite a few teams have done what you did to us lately and we've reacted better than last night.

Anyway, either way you deserved to win and it was mildly embarrassing to claim a point in such a unworthy manner.

BTW where has this "Forest Youth Team" come from? First I've heard anyone say that. We have 1 Forest player on loan (the keeper). There's a few ex-Forest players in our team but that is always the case with Ilson that we pick up ex Forest/Derby/Leicester released players because of our location.
