I don't really want to be mean to our local rivals but in many ways that is excellent news for us as a club because if Stourbr*dge had ended up winning the play-offs then the current situation would remain the same at least next season we will be at the same level regardless of whether we are put in the same league. As opposed to Stourbr*dge being one level above us! Just as HH has said about me in a much more concise way than my ramblings

Yes...Ashton equalised on 90 and got winner in last minute of extra time. Ouch ! Fylde bt Worksop so a trip to Notts too if we stay north

Glad to hear S***bridge lose ,not only because there's a possibility of us playing them next season, because I purely dislike them (that's my polite way of saying it!) and at least they lose bragging rights as we're on the same level as them. Even more pleased to hear FC United lose (even though I have a lot of respect for them), because if we stay in the North what a cracking away day that will be! I'm even getting excited for it now

A good day to play as there are no conflicting league games on May Bank Holiday. The Southern League have done it for the last 3 seasons to give the games more profile.
