According to Wiki (the always accurate source!) there's over 50,000 people living in Halesowen...don't see why we couldn't get 1,000 attendance, personally.

That's before you consider other local towns where some fans travel from.

Hopefully all of the top 5 will get a boost to the coffers between now and the end of the season.

It's proving to be an absolute belter, and is being mirrored in the D1N and Prem.

Best Evo-Stik season I can remember!

Will see how Boro get on midweek - hopefully they'll be out of the play-off race by the time we go there on Saturday. Not confident about that one at all.

At least we'll also see how Coalville fare at Carlton before we go there next week.

And then all bets are off when the Ravens visit Harrison Park for the big one. Winner of that will certainly be favourites for the title if we emerge unscathed from the fixtures before it - but a draw would be a big old result for you guys.

I can't take the tension! ;D

The way the top three keep on winning shows that it's going to be very fine margins to decide the title. In our case, we might even win our last four (which would be 11 wins out of our last 12) and still miss out.

Leek finish on two easy games (you might disagree) against MDT and Bedworth, so I believe we need to be ahead of you by this point if we want to win it. Realistically, we need either you or Coalville to drop points before your meeting, and then that would give us a favourite going into this fixture.

I can see why you say that Scarborough will be a tricky game, but they rolled over at our place a week ago, and appeared to have given up all fight for the play-offs. We all have to visit Carlton, but I would think that the pressure of playing the top teams back to back would take it's toll.

It will all be over in three week's time (for one team, at least), so enjoy it whilst it's still up for grabs, as it's a long summer!

Scarborough didn't just 'roll over' we put in the hard work and made them look relatively poor. Bit of credit to our players for the hard work.

You're right in what you say re: winning our last games and potentially missing out. How incredible would it be to win 19 of the last 24 games with only 2 defeats in those games, yet miss out!

I've been in trouble previously for this! :-[ Therefore I will reposition my comment.....

"Of all the teams we've made look crap, we made them look crap the easiest." 8)

Yeah stuff the 1000 through the turnstiles all the 600 that were there last week against Scarborough cram into the bar, plus our 4 Dutch friends from Holland, surely would be the best atmosphere this season after everyone comes out the bar !

The Leek atmosphere will take some beating. I hope it's like that Saturday.

I think what we need to do is pretend there are loads of away fans, just because there probably won't be many though doesn't mean we shouldn't make a noise and get behind the lads, this could be a tricky match, it's 3 points at stake like any other match so let's give it our all !
