Re: Newcastle v Leek
Although disappointed from a personal point of view that we didn't play, maybe it's a blessing in disguise.
To play on a heavy pitch would have tired our lads - and with the wind as well we could have succumbed to a fluke goal and a defeat!
Let's hope that Leek have started on their "dip!"

Re: Newcastle v Leek
A good point made sir, often on a heavy pitch the conditions can often be a leveller. Whilst on paper we SHOULD be beating Chasetown comfortably, particularly at home on current form, you never know how either team might perform in such dreadful conditions. It was interesting reading Leek's twitter feed saying it was their poorest performance of the season, hopefully as you say it is the start of their 'dip'.lutleyyeltz wrote:Although disappointed from a personal point of view that we didn't play, maybe it's a blessing in disguise.
