Re: FA Trophy Semi Final draw
It's slightly easier to pull together a list of potential opponents for this one.
With such an enormous prize the other side of this game, and the possibility of playing a Step 6/Step 7 side still, you'd expect us to be rooting for that.
But I just can't help but dream of Notts County - it's be two enormous games- and with the form we're in then we should have every confidence. Madness that I should even be typing that.

Re: FA Trophy Semi Final draw
Part of me would like Notts County as a chance to go to Meadow Lane which is almost unthinkable to think a club like us could ever play against such an historic club plus would be a fantastic away day out in Nottingham. Also the fact a club of their size visiting the Grove would be the stuff of dreams too.
But would rather play them in the final and have the ‘easier’ tie of Concord Rangers or Royston. Preferably Royston as don’t fancy a trip all the way to Canvey Island. Don’t fancy Harrogate away either if I’m honest.
Would also prefer to play away first leg then home the second. With the second leg falling on international weekend would guarantee a huge crowd down the Grove if we are at home that day.
However I have every confidence whoever it is we can beat them. This time last year if someone had said we’d be in the semi finals of the FA Trophy you’d have been calling for that person to be taken away by the men in white coats.

In order of preference for me: Harrogate (location, location, location), Royston, Notts County, Concord (don’t fancy a trip to Canvey Island)
Away leg first preferable too I think.
Although to be honest I’m very happy with anything the draw throws up!

Oh yes sorry Poll, forgot Harrogate would be preferable to you, and Doc as well of course.
Yes same here really, I will go to the two games regardless so will take whatever is thrown at us.
