They’re one of the few step 6 teams left in, so I don’t think this could have gone much better.

I'd fancy us to beat Stourbr*dge in a competitive fixture this season. First time I've said that in a good while.

On paper this looks like a really good draw for the Yeltz. Lichfield are one of the few step 6 clubs remaining in the draw and we will surely start as huge favourites. What a really good opportunity to try and progress in the FA Cup. If we can secure victory, I'd take anyone at home in the next round. A bumper gate and plenty of noise coming from the Shed End would hopefully attract a few new supporters and perhaps re-invigorate those who might have lost interest.

Lichfield beat Romulus 5-2 yesterday in the FA Vase. Romulus had beaten Market Drayton who are the same level as us 6-0
