First game at home against a team who've travelled four hours.
Stourbr*dge on the bank holidays again (be interested to know whether they changed their minds or whether the league forced the issue on that).
And, whilst games will no doubt change, the only two midweek away days are at Banbury and Coalville.

A fair few of them clash with Villa fixtures too, meaning I might have to abandon my plan of getting a flexi ticket. But hey ho, I’ll still be down as and when I can.

Interesting point to note is the No. 9 derby down Shamblecote on the Bank Holiday Monday in August. Cricket season will be in full swing by then so may have to switch the fixture or change the day of that one.

Sometimes Stour have played on an evening after the cricket on this bank hol. But an evening kick off for the No.9 Derby after all day drinking would be a disaster. Especially with their chavvy fans who like to throw flares.

Yes it would. I remember one season the fixture was played at The Grove because of the cricket with Stourbr*dge as the home team and us as the Away.

We won 4-1 if I remember, Stefan Moore scored a couple - was about 2008/09 I think?! Although someone might be able to confirm better than myself.

Remember this very well. It was during the boycott so it was a rare chance to watch the team at The Grove.

Stefan Moore got two (the last one was a beauty), plus a Jamie Hood header, and a Scott Rickards free kick.
