We’re ‘owned’ (wrong phrase atm) and run by people who care about Halesowen. Not just as a club but a town. Today is a good day.

We’re still a mess. But today is a good day. It’s the first step for recovery. We could still go down due to incompetence of people off the pitch and the management but at least it feels like we have our club back.

I'd suggest a little caution for now. Nothing's done until it's done. That said, it does seem like a step in a positive direction for you.

One assumes your investor will want to do some form of due diligence (unless he's already done it). Not doing so would be akin to writing a blank cheque, and not many people are keen on doing that in my experience.

End of February sounds an ambitiously quick timescale to get things completed.
