And who would have the final say on important club issues?
Is it Tammy as per Companies House?
Is it Karen, as she is the new chairwoman?
Is it Steve Lynch, who would be acting behind a figure head?
Does anyone know? Or are we sleepwalking through this two year period while Steve Lynch is banned?
No one seems to know - are we a rudderless ship? It's a very dangerous situation. I'd appreciate some clarity.

The major shareholder of any company (certainly one with >95% of those shares) is the main decision maker. End of.

Re: Who is running the club?
The major shareholder is on Companies House for all to see.
In my opinion, no matter what hard work anyone puts into the Football Club over the next two years. It will not make one bit of difference as the club will be restricted by the owners. What will be the point in sacking John Hill when the underlying issues are not resolved.
In order to move forward lets hope the switched on chairperson and people currently involved are able to convince the owners to sell before the two years are up.

So if that is the case nothing will ever be done.HalesowenHarry wrote: ↑06 Sep 2017, 09:59The major shareholder of any company (certainly one with >95% of those shares) is the main decision maker. End of.
The information that comes out of the club is so little that I guess we will never know who is capable/in a position to make any decisions. The 'real' decision maker is banned, the 'owner' as his wife is not going to make any independent decisions, the new chairperson rarely attends, the 'volunteers' who seem to now be running the club say they have no power or influence, so that leaves, well, ummm, err, John Hill.

Re: Who is running the club?
Does everyone want Steve Lynch back in charge of this club on July 1st 2019? That's your choice I'm afraid. Surely someone can make an offer...... I'll start. 2 bags of scratchings and bag of peanuts plus a pint of mild. Should be enough..............

Not that he will bring a quick fix. He is no sugar-daddy – “I’ve got a tenner in my pocket at the moment, and it might need a bit more than that,” said Lynch – and is not about to promise miracles.
But it’s about planning for the future, involving the community, and persuading the fans who left the club under the toxic regime of Morell M**s*n and the Ingrams to return.
“I’m here to look after the club, not make money from it,” said Lynch.
“I might be here for five years, ten years, 15 years but however long I’m here the club will still be going when I’m gone.
“That’s the important thing. The priority is to bring some stability.
“The first thing is build a proper foundation.
“It needs to be built from the bottom up.
“I know about the tradition of the club. It has had a few problems in recent years but there’s still a feeling about the club.
“I wanted a challenge. It’s certainly that but I’m looking forward to it.”

Being banned for two years, you cannot look after the club or bring it stability.
