Blyth

Post by KenR » 06 Apr 2017, 21:56

I think I've worked it out correctly that if we draw , Blyth should win the league on superior goal difference and if they beat us, then they win the league outright. Lets stop their party .

A defeat could even win them the league if Spennymoor don't win

We've done pretty well at Blyth every time we've played up here.

A draw (classic Haseley equaliser) and a very unlucky 4-3 loss in the Trophy, plus a win and a loss in the league.

Looking forward to a big crowd and a good game.

Could be the last time here for a while too, as they've been threatening to go up for a while now, so should do OK in the league above I reckon.

We also played up there in a cup game I remember going to 10/15 years ago. Lost that one though.

11th October 2003 Chris. 2-1 defeat in the FA Cup 3q round. Jason Ashby got our goal. How old do you feel now. ;)
