Halesowen Town news clip 1882

Have been passed this by my step dad who found it clearing out someone's house before Christmas. It would be from 1981 the clip itself, let me know if you can't read it as I've got the original. I imagine LLL may already have it but if not he wanted to know if we could put it up somewhere / store it.
