Re: Buxton Updates
You can't legislate for the opposition scoring 4 goals with ten men.
I bet the ref is to blame for this!

Re: Buxton Updates
Played for an hour against 10 men, they score 4, we score 1 during that time
For those in attendance, are there any positives to take from this performance or not? Think I may already know the answers

Glad I didn't go today. What a truly shocking result.
How many times this season have we thrown away a lead to draw or lose?
Results are irrelevant in many ways. Change needs to happen. And it has done for a good while now.
If change isn't forthcoming there is only one end result - relegation.
It's soul destroying to see this club plumit and become a laughing stock.

Re: Buxton Updates
I missed the first half, and was too tired to really concentrate in the second half. But I think relegation is almost certain now. I'm resigned to it, there is no hope with this setup and it should be the end of the John HIll era.
We don't have a midfield. Denny and Bragoli offer absolutely nothing, so the starting selection is curious given that the number 12 clearly looked far better than anybody else. It's the same thing as when he didn't play Lait when we had him. Denny should have been sent off, but so should their player for what followed. But if that's all Jay Denny has to offer, which it seems it is, then it's no surprise we are where we are.

Doesn't forgive the poor performance in anyway, but there looked a Stonewall penalty we should have had at 3-2 on dunkley and they should have been down to 9 men at least

Re: Buxton Updates
Dare I ask about the style of play?
Ok, I'm gonna, did we hoof it against 10 men or try and play on the ground to use the 'extra' space created by their sending off?

True, but at the same time, it shouldn't have been 2-3 to start with either. Their keeper couldn't have gifted an easier goalKingEdsYeltz wrote:Doesn't forgive the poor performance in anyway, but there looked a Stonewall penalty we should have had at 3-2 on dunkley and they should have been down to 9 men at least
