Re: Markse Predictions
It's a shame you can't make it Halesowenharry, it's going to
The long journey is irrelevant as your team are travelling up the night before and staying in a local hotel.
As far as confidence goes, both teams are in very good form and we as fans have every right to be confident in our teams. Something has to give doesn't it?

Re: Markse Predictions
To Supermarske and the others on here I am really looking forward not only to the game on Saturday, but to make new friends on the non league circuit. .
I only have one concern.
Speaking to your Chairman and manager on Tuesday, they were impressed that our crowd appear true football people, who were there to watch the football with a bit of friendly banter going on, and they assured me you lot are the same.
So what's my concern? Middlesborough not at home !!! The reason I gave up so called pro footie many many years ago for non league was that you always had to be looking over your shoulder for the nutters that the pro game attracts, who wouldn't know a football from a rugby ball.
It would only take half a dozen neanderthals with spider tattoos up their necks to ruin what could, and should be, a great afternoon. Really hope I am wrong, but we have been here many times in the past when the slime rolls in attracted by the FA Cup.!!!

Re: Markse Predictions
Rest assured, you will not have any worries regarding your concerns. With the Biro having no game, it allows the locals to take in a traditional non league game, a game they maybe wouldn't have even considered. From a small club like ours point if view, it helps much needed funds and generates much needed local support. You can't let the minority (riff raff) spoil it. The club is a fantastic club and I am sure you will have a great experience on Saturday even if the result is the wrong one.old git wrote:To Supermarske and the others on here I am really looking forward not only to the game on Saturday, but to make new friends on the non league circuit. .

Re: Markse Predictions
Anyway..
This one is making me nervous, although I can't complain because this time last year I think I was nervous thinking we might not even finish in the top half of the league.
I think that our opponents fans should get on our forum more often, makes for some entertaining viewing, and what with their jokes about them winning.
Yeltz 3 Markse 2
Ben, lait, Tonks
Att 612
Hopefully over 4000 being as its shared.

I'm glad of your reassurances but your choice of username probably didn't help...

Total agreement with supermarske. You will be made very welcome, that is a certainty.
Darlington 1883 supporters enjoyed their visit last season. 1500 crammed into the GER Stadium and not an ounce of trouble
