The new building that is under construction, opposite the club shop, looks very impressive.
Rumour has it that it is going to be a bar. Can someone in "the loop" give any information regarding its use, and when it is likely to be finished?

that would ruin the surprise.. `grand designs` dont show the finished item in the 1st section of the show
(and i must squash the rumours here and now, it is NOT going to be a pet shop
