By the way… what is going on with Yousef
Someone needs to get the situation resolved and Quickly….. as we’re paying big bucks , every week and getting absolutely no return….if he’s not going to play , then get rid !!!

Re: Kiddy Updates
I expect that’s not how his contract works or it would have been long done.
Was discussing with JonnyBud on the way back into town, and the hope is that his contract stipulates a lower basic and a high appearance fee, so we’re not too diddled.
But if he has a 1 year contract for, let’s take a wild guess of £500 a week, unless we can persuade him to break it, or persuade someone else to take him, neither of which would be likely, then we’re stuck with it.
All supposition of course, but it would explain his continued peripheral presence.

Re: Kiddy Updates
How would you suggest this is done?
If he is on a 'big bucks ' contract then I guess if another club comes and offers him more to play in their team then he might consider it.
Otherwise he stays put & picks up his contract until it expires, not sure there is another option. Please advise.

Re: Kiddy Updates
There’s always a compromise….. for the club and player to come to some agreement on paying off his contract, or getting him out on loan and the new club to pick up a percentage of his wages !!! Easy as that …… joking …. But the situation has got to get resolved..ASAP….

Ah yes the "I'm just popping to the bar for another pint, be back in 2 mins" days...drummyb wrote: ↑16 Nov 2024, 19:00I dont think you can read too much into travelling fans tbh. Always gonna be hangers on, glory fans. If you remember 300 plus at home was the norm a short time ago, just be glad we have that extra support.TractionJackson wrote: ↑16 Nov 2024, 17:59You can see how far we"ve come by how their players and fans treated us as a big threat. Feel gutted that we conceded so late and that the halftime goal somehow didn't go in but overall think we did ourselves proud.
Partial downer though: 1400 away fans is great but wonder how many will be at the next home game.
(Tbf could be gone 20 and wouldnt have missed much but that's not the point)

Good game, shame we lost, never mind, just the league to win now.
Don't like it when regular fans get all upperty when a larger than usual following turns up. That's life, all are welcome, or do you need to prove your loyalty to get in. I.e I travelled 487 miles on a cold December night to watch a game therefor only I can attend a big cup game LOL. Enjoyed the game but not the result. We must win the league we belong at step 2

Tbf I was a bit uppity last night. I blame beer and spending a couple of hours sat by some Solihull fans borderline taking the p out of the team.
Cold light of day it's all money so let em.
