They were an embarrassment on Saturday
Not sure how you police it. Would you want your lad missing out due to age restrictions? It's a tough one.
As we can’t pay for police and the stewards are basically near retirement age blokes it’s getting to the point where they need scaring off by the decent fans amongst us.
Theyre summed up by the Stourbr*dge coin thrower on Saturday who wasn’t keen to make himself known and claim his 20p back.
Turn on them and they’ll melt.

Surprise surprise its kicked off again. Never go to these games anymore just not worth the hassle why we play them in pre season is beyond me. Something needs to be done with these young yobs who ruin it for everybody else.

And yet myself, and a few lads, are having a proper chat and a good drink with the proper Stour fans. As per proper non-league. No idea why we're letting the hoodlum dick brigade ruin it for the rest of us.

I am sure in the early 80s an FA cup game there somebody got stabbed at the game, I think the game ended in a draw and for the replay most police i had ever seen at the grove for the replay (stour won i reckon), there was a few more police for the frickley games when the miners strike was on also.

Reading that we have the options available at the grove to comply quite easily as the Stourbr*dge Rd can be completely segregated if need be. Which in hindsight should’ve happened on Saturday.drummyb wrote: ↑21 Jul 2022, 23:05https://sgsa.org.uk/policing/
Just a bit of reading I found interesting
The War Memorial Ground, however, with its one set of turnstiles, one exit and two tiny ramshackle stands is completely and utterly inadequate - especially not fit for purpose to house their dickhead element who are more suited to a zoo.
Not sure where their FA Cup run money went, but it wasn’t on that dump.

Re: Stourbr*dge Part 2
I thinl, given recent history, any game between the two should be segregated. Which is a real shame given the genuine fans can have a sensible conversation....except some of ours on Fakebook. Jesus wept....they shouldnt be allowed out in public.

I wasn't in the shed Saturday but at one point it sounded like Alvin and the Chipmunks had started give me a H offVanessaYeltz wrote: ↑21 Jul 2022, 21:01That little gang of kids who have taken to standing behind the goal at the shed need binning off.
