It wasn't me that wrote that, but yes, the top pitches are hybrids these days.

By the way, before OG throws a paddy, the hybrid pitches that are used are only about 5% plastic. It does though then give the natural grass a lot more strength and durability. It basically 'holds' the whole thing together.

May I hazard a guess and suggest that it may possibly be: WCPTL.

I know that you are the cruxiverbalist, but a slight suggestion for change is that WC is most likely change to WGT or WAGT depending on apostrophe usage.lutleyyeltz wrote: ↑20 Jun 2022, 16:52May I hazard a guess and suggest that it may possibly be: WCPTL.

I would like to. But. I normally like to see about 3 or 4 minutes of actual football on which to base my entire seasons prediction.Noggin wrote: ↑20 Jun 2022, 16:38Sorry about that A, I wasn't deliberately misquoting you -there were a lot of quotes within quotes and the html was a bit messy

BTW though, I can't actually remember any occasion where I haven't come to the same decision. I think I might just get a tad overexcited.

I can think of several years when even after 3 or 4 minutes we could all see that it was not overexcited, but simply delusional
