Read recently about asylum seekers in their thirties in a junior school, so letβs get ACE embroidery to knock up some short trousers with the club badge on and send our lot to the EarlsNoggin wrote: β03 Nov 2020, 13:17They saw this one coming (a good try though). Football in college and university settings is included in the ban.
On a wider note, I feel lockdown 2.0 is nothing like the original, because of the timing (start of the long evening) and the harsh reality that it could go on for months and months.

Re: So, what now I wonder?
In fairness to the players, I have no objection to their safety and leagues being suspended, but I am thoroughly fed up of Covid and all the crap it brings with it. I just want normal back!!lutleyyeltz wrote: β03 Nov 2020, 13:25https://www.thefa.com/news/2020/nov/03/ ... M.facebook

That's the worrying thing. lockdown 1 coincided with the start of lighter nights and a long sunny dry spell. We could get out a little and sit in gardens etc.
Lock down 2 is the exact opposite and we will be stuck inside spending more on heating just waiting for a glimmer of hope this damn thing may someday end!!!

Better late than never but please welcome Goalkeeper Bradley Catlow who has joined us from @halesowentownfc on a months loan. (Lockdown permitting) He made his debut in todayβs 1-1 draw at Wyrley. Welcome to the club Bradley.

Apparently they have now said that teams in Steps 3 and below that get through in the FA Cup can carry on training

The FA Cup games scheduled between November 6th and 9th, involving non-elite clubs, can take place BUT those teams can only train together until Wednesday 4th November.

According to Ollie Bayliss the Southern League is consulting with clubs over when competitive games should resume if lockdown is lifted on Wed 2nd Dec.
They've asked clubs if they would prefer Sat 5th, 12th or 19th Dec.
The League is recommending Sat 12th Dec to allow players to regain match fitness.
