Re: Managerial Update
Forget tonights meeting and interviews give the Job to Colin and Pete Physio.
We could surely arrange for Colin to sit in the Director's box and have a phone to Pete on the bench to discuss anythnig during the match.
Good to hear last night that when a young player tried something which did not work out (first time) he was not bawled at but praised and given encouragment by both Pete and the fans.

It was also evident that all the players were encouraging him also which was good to see...JohnC wrote:Forget tonights meeting and interviews give the Job to Colin and Pete Physio.

Re: Managerial Update
Good to hear/see, the amount of times for our under 9's team I hear parents shout "Hit it long" to a defender or shout when a player has tried a pass and been intercepted leading to a goal is unreal! The trouble is too many coaches have picked players who can kick the furthest ( it's getting better) it's why we are so far behind and there is such a gap to fill, hopefully we can get players who are comfortable on the ball and will try new things! Fair play !yeltz85 wrote:It was also evident that all the players were encouraging him also which was good to see...JohnC wrote:Forget tonights meeting and interviews give the Job to Colin and Pete Physio.

Re: Managerial Update
According to my sources, the managers position is a two horse race between John Snape and Lee Williams. I am sure that either one would be a popular choice for most yeltz fans. Watch this space!
