Full time - 1-0.

There were shades of improvement second half but in truth it wasn't a great performance with us only having two real chances.

They weren't a great side either but were pretty comfortable and deserved to win so no complaints.

Not much else to say really.

Hard to find any positives at all on the back of that performance. The squad is totally threadbare and with Delaney now suspended for 3 games we are on our last legs. I get the impression that there's a desire to just get to the end of the season and regroup from there. But, based on what I've seen today, we'll be playing in a lower league without some quick interventions.

If the FA and Mr Lynch don't get together sharpish it could be one relegation on top of another!

nothing there then to inspire me to return to the Grove, I take it. Just hoping for a JH resignation, but I can't see that happening either.

I'd like to be a fly on the wall at that interview.

I don't think I agree that we were better in the second half. We barely got out of our half for most of it. In a few minutes in the second half, Warrington shaved the post, had another shot from a similar position that went just wide, a free kick that was extremely close and a free header they should have scored.

Whilst Halesowen are clearly going nowhere, Stourbr*dge got 1300 today at home to Blyth. Halesowen can't even begin to think about growing to that level because the product on the pitch is unwatchable, and no newbies are going to bother coming back. It's incredibly frustrating when you consider Stourbr*dge used to be nothing in comparison to the Yeltz

Fair point. I did say 'shades of improvement' as I felt the players showed a bit more fight and we had a couple of chances to test their keeper.

But in truth as you say there wasn't a great deal to shout about and I suppose we were lucky they only scored 1 and we never really looked like getting anything on the game.

Very disappointing but think we've got just about enough to stay up - but obviously depends on how these FA charges go.
