In my opinion he could be far better than Kaiman Anderson.

Re: Rain at Hasbury puts Mickleover Sports in doubt.
My first post in a while, but after attending the game on Saturday, I thought I'd comment.
Firstly despite all the negativity and questions surrounding the club at the moment (not to mention the poor run of form of late), it was one of the only times this season I've left The Grove feeling not only value for money but genuine excitement watching a game. Admittedly, Mickleover were poor (how Clinton Morrison wasn't send off for hurling abuse at the ref I don't know) and it wasn't our best performance but 3 points non the less.
Credit where it's due to everyone involved but Platt, Chilton, Delaney and Dunkley in particular all played very well with Dunkley very unlucky not to take the match ball home.
We seemed to play the ball on the floor a lot more and in spells looked like a really good side, I do feel our defence needs bolstering up as there second goal was walked in.
For me the difference today was that we took our chances, Dunkleys clinical finishing and Platts superb saves won the game.
I'd also hope more people who view this forum like myself start commenting and sharing their views, it'd be great to get as busy as it use to be
I understand the divide in the fans also but echo what Raiden and many others have said in reference to all gathering in The Shed and being united in our support. We might have differences of opinion but when the lads cross the line on to the pitch we all support the same team and all want those 3 points.
I've got to say I particularly enjoyed The Yeltz Band, any flags or noise people bring is welcome in my eyes, let's give the players an atmosphere to feed off and bring a nicer atmosphere back to The Grove!

Excellent post. Hopefully you'll keep posting.
I've mentioned before but, in the last two home games, we have played well as a team (all be it against awful opposition). I again wonder whether this is due to the loss of Anderson and us having to play as a team.
We no longer boot the ball aimlessly up front and, in essence, hope Anderson works his excellent magic. Instead we now have to be a little more calculated in how we attack teams.
Anderson was a fantastic player and this is by no means me criticising him. He got goals with the above 'tactic'. I do wonder how many more he could've got in different circumstances.
Anyway, Anderson and Dunkley looked a real handful when they were on together. I hope we see more of them together and more of the ball on the floor. It will cause teams problems.
The above could all be irrelevant due to how poor the opposition have been and me over analysing on that basis. And despite the lack of quality in the opposition they have carved us apart at times. The defence worries me. But for Platt we'd have probably drawn on Saturday.

A good point made re: "no Anderson."
Sometimes, when you have a player of outstanding ability, it can inhibit a team's tactical options inasmuch as everything goes through/to the "star."
I think that you meant Dunkley and Delaney looked good together? There's nothing like a "Double D" up front! Nudge, nudge, wink, wink.
