But where is it??

Bl**dy hell! I just may just have worked out how to add a photo to this marvelous journal.
Read this and weep, Brother Avery ;)

If it works, I may even award myself a George! :o
By the way, you do actually know the answer to this don't you? Its not just some random picture you've found while carrying out you're secret hobby of telegraph pole spotting is it?

I knew the answer as I'm guessing that it was where you were on Saturday when you texted me about the linesman.

But I can't remember what you said...

Is that where the ground was? Is? Next to?
And is that a river at the back?

Armitage brings back the memory of when we played them their on the morning of the FA Cup Final. Right next to the pitch was a field with wheat or corn on the cob growing tall. Well the ball kept sailing over into the field and nobody would go an retrieve it so it was left to Harry Rudge to do so. He disappeared into the field and was lost from sight. Time passed and all your could hear was the swishing of the crop. Just when we were about to organise a search party, the ball flew back over our heads on to the pitch and eventually to great cheers, H re-appeared. Good job he was nt smoking his usual weed .

Westy, are they correct? You cant pose a question and then bugger off.
Or have you got to track down one of your classmates from 40 years ago to get the answer.....
