I'm confused (no change there then)

First 3 this season 1314 (371,376,567)
First 3 last season 1066 (471,267,328)

23% INCREASE ?????

Yes, that hit me this morning but I thought I was being an old git :-)

Last season we weren't at home on August Bank Holiday. The 4th match last season brought Darlo's travelling support but a gate of 400 this season would even things up

Thank you brother avery, the brummie bard, now i know i can comment. A group of us have for two years or so mentioned on here , that we thought the style of play, tactics and some of the players signed were crasse. However everytime we stated the obvious , we were berated by the happy clappy club, you Raiden , in particular who kept telling us that we were being dis respectful to the management. Yeltz 27 was and still is particular berated for having an opinion differing to the few. I and others packed in trying to convert some and ceased posting, Yeltz 27 carried on and came /comes in for some unfair criticism for being outspoken, but now it appears that after all many of our concerns have been proven.

With regard to attendances what will be the cost of admission to the Coleshill Cup game be ? I think this will be a factor due to Coleshill`s lower league standing. I can`t see neutrals paying a tenner even if it is Non League day.

A lot has changed since 2014/15 season (IMO that was still a decent season for us) for the worse. I still disagree with some of what Yeltz 27 says.

And to be fair Raiden, I don't think I've ever had a problem with people disagreeing with me, that's what many don't seem to understand, this forum is for opinion. My problem has been the way it has been conducted in certain cases.

Anyway, a lot of the new people over the past three or four seasons only know what it's like to have John Hill in charge. They automatically assume it would be worse if he left, but what about if it actually became fun again and we actually saw some football, and we had a side to match the work that is going on off the field? Listen to the majority of people yesterday and the comments, they aren't happy and quite a few I suspect would appreciate a change because they've had enough of the same stuff being served up for their £10 each week. If people say the majority are behind the manager, I'm not sure it's correct.

In relation to KenR point about being proven right, I don't want to be. I want them to be successful but when I posted after Buxton two years ago and it all kicked off, I felt I could see that it was only going one way. That isn't saying I'm right, but other than a couple of halves where we've actually played some football, generally it's been the same since. I'm not saying I'm right, and yes it's kept us up so technically I'm wrong, but eventually something has to change because this style can only go so far and will eventually lead to all the good work that JH did during the promotion season being undone. This time I genuinely believe we are going down if things don't happen soon. Going on a Saturday should be fun, but at the moment it's like 'have we really got to go and watch that?'

We haven't had the best of starts this season and the quality of football is pretty poor. This is compounded by individual mistakes. The tactics (if that's what there called) seem hit and hope, we seem to miss out the midfield. We very narrow and don't seem able to stretch the other team. Will we get the points in the board to stay up playing like this? The couple of lads we've brought in seem food but to get the most out of them we need to start playing the ball. For short spells we have looked dangerous but then we seem to revert back to type.

Crowds do seem small (even though someone has stated were 25% up) and this is not the style of football that will get the town buzzing again.

Could it be linked to the media friendly badge? :P

The football at the moment certainly reflects the badge! Utter crap and nothing I recognise!
