Midfielder Marcus Jackson Signs

Halesowen Town have today announced the signing of midfielder Marcus Jackson from Evesham United. Marcus has previously played for West Midlands Premier League side Sporting Khalsa before moving to Evesham in December 2011.
Jackson is a highly experienced and skilful right-sided wide man. Marcus has also had spells with Rushall, Solihul Borough, Stourbr*dge, Tipton Town and Sutton Coldfield Town.
A highly successful Midfielder, Marcus was named the Midland Football Alliance Player of the Year for season 2001-02 and in February 2003 he transferred to Stourbr*dge, winning 2002-03 Midland Football Alliance Championship. Spells at Bromsgrove, Stafford Rangers, Stourport Swifts and Tipton Town followed, before signing for Leamington in August 2007, where he won 2008-09 Southern League Division One Midlands championship. January 2011 saw a return to Tipton before a move to Evesham United in December.

Looks decent and has played for some decent teams in decent leagues... will try and get some more info as my hoppo is a Sutton Coldfield fan.

Must be in his 30s though, surely?

If you look on page 3 post numbers 23 and 25 of the Leamington forum link above it seems new bloke Mr Jackson has something in common with his namesake new team mate Nathan - it seems he has served his 'time' at a few clubs and been around a bit.
Are they related? twins? - JohnC watch out!!
