Managers depart. I remember John being linked previously when they didn't start the season well. May have been last season.

Re: Hednesford Town
So it's no surprise that Telford have put in 7 days for Curtis Tilt

McNally gone.
Looks like they need stability. Someone like JH maybe.
Folks need to be careful what they wish for.

Managers come and go, all the time . John Hill is not the be all and end all of this club. Just like any top player we've had in the past or future, isn't.yeltz85 wrote:McNally gone.

I like him and I'm not calling for his head with this post or mean this in a disrespectful manner or anything of the like. And it goes without saying that he's done a fantastic job here.
Just as you point out, there are worse managers out there (I guess that's what you're alluding to) but I'm also guessing there are better managers who would jump at the chance to manage this club.
If Hednesford come calling then I'd wish him the best.

If you get chance on Saturday speak to Colin Brookes, he would love to have a chat with you (again).

Love speaking to Colin, have nothing but respect for the man.HalesowenHarry wrote:If you get chance on Saturday speak to Colin Brookes, he would love to have a chat with you (again).
I'm just of the opinion that should John leave for pastures new at a higher or similar level, the club wouldn't suddenly slide down the leagues (as I believe Guesty hinted at, above).
I could, of course, be wrong. Time will tell, I guess.
