Halesowen v Curzon Ashton (Match Highlights)

Post by DanielRolinson » 18 Feb 2015, 13:40

@YeltzTV VIDEO: Here are the video highlights from the 0-0 yesterday evening v Curzon Ashton. Not too many highlights to include this time so a much shorter video than usual, no interview was recorded either.

Hope you enjoy the video.

You seem to have missed all the goalmouth action ;)

Great highlights as ever. Having seen this (and obviously blinded by my blue goggles last night!) I have to agree with Scouse and Johnny Bud, the ref wasn't actually that bad, and Bragoli was a little fortunate to get away with the first half challenge, it may not have been red, but there was no need to make a challenge like that right in front of their bench and give the ref a chance to send him off(when there's bound to be a lot of shouting from them!). Fortunately it was only yellow........
If Asa hadn't had his 50p head on we might have won it with his header early in the second half.

Saying that, it would have been robbery as far as Curzon were concerned had they lost...........

good highlights as usual guys, got to agree with HH regarding some of the decisions from the referee, also Christies challenge on the keeper was a little naughty.

That said another decent result and a draw a very fair one.

Good work as usual - just a pity there were few highlights.

I agree about the referee - ok, he got a couple of things wrong but generally got more right than wrong. Bragoli could easily have had a red. The referee is always an easy target for abuse and it can rub off on the players.

We didn't deserve to win, although I had been hopeful given their recent form compared to ours that we would have done better.
